Banana Pudding with Strawberries

What are your ideas for an original Breakfast or Brunch

Mine is cheese pancakes, Sirnikis, and thin pancakes with a lot of fruits. But here I would like to suggest an easy and fast recipe that can be whipped up in no less than 15 minutes. Try this Banana pudding/quiche with strawberries.

How do you make a Banana Pudding with strawberries

The fastest and easiest way to make this Banana Pudding is to use a stand mixer. First, set the oven at 400 degrees, then crack two eggs, add the white sugar, and whisk for at least 5 minutes until light and fluffy.

Secondly, while you are whisking the eggs, and the sugar, into another bowl mix the flour, the baking powder with a fork. Keep aside.

Thirdly, it’s time to add to the egg mixture, the vanilla yogurt, the milk, and the strawberries.

Lastly, add slowly the dry mix to the wet mixture. Mix carefully but don’t overdo it.

To bake this pudding, you will need a 12 inches baking dish with a lid. Grease that baking dish with some butter, Pour the pudding mix into the baking dish. If you want at this point you can add whole strawberries on top, to give the pudding a very nice effect. Bake the pudding in the oven set 400 degrees, for about 15 minutes, or until a knife runs out clean.

What is great about this recipe is that while your pudding is cooking, you can cut some fruits, dress up the table, and prepare some coffee.
