For this recipe you don't need Graham Crackers, just a little a bit of rolled oat! Crispy and simply delicious!
1 1/2cupsrolled oats
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1/3cup melted butter
3 8 ozcream cheese softened
300grfrozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, mixed berries), thawed
Sugar to your taste
First place the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, maple syrup, and butter. Spread onto the bottom of an (8-inch) springform pan and press lightly. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and flour with a stand mixer or electric. Add the vanilla yogurt and eggs. Blend well and pour over the crust. Bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, depending on the power of the oven. Chill before serving the cake with a fruit coulis or extra maple syrup!
In a food processor, purée the fruit of your choice until smooth. Sweeten to your taste and pass through a sieve, if necessary, to remove the seeds.
