2cupswhey(from homemade ricotta cheese)

Cracked the eggs into a large mixing bowl, and add the baking powder and the baking soda and mix very well.
Add the whey and the milk, and mix again with a whisk.
When everything is well mixed, add slowly the flour while mixing. This way you will avoid too many clumps of flour. Mix carefully with the whisk.
Cooking the Whey Pancakes
Pour the vegetable oil into a small bowl.
Now using a little brush, brush the bottom of your hot skillet, and pour a ladle of the whey pancakes batter, move the skillet in a circular motion in order to get thin pancakes or not if you want thicker pancakes.
